Manufacturing and Factory acceptance test

ACTINI’s history as a manufacturer dates back to 1936. A key player in the manufacture of heat treatment equipment, the ACTINI Group has three production units: two in Europe and one in the United States.

Heat exchanger manufacturing, passivation, electrical installation and assembly areas enable our machines to take shape.

Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)

At the end of the manufacturing process, all our equipment is factory-tested before shipment to ensure compliance with specifications and validate performance. This includes the following stages:

FAT Clients based on FAT protocols
Static FAT
Dynamic FAT
Thermal mapping
Documentary validation
