Workshop Supervisor

  • Position Status: Executive

  • Salary Range: €45,000 – €50,000 per year

The position is based in ÉVIAN (74) and is available as soon as possible in the form of a permanent contract (CDI).

Tasks

  • You are attached to the Production Manager within the production department, which consists of about forty people.
  • Organize and supervise operational teams during the manufacturing, assembly, and testing of equipment while adhering to technical specifications.
  • Oversee the reassembly of machines at client sites, including international locations.
  • Ensure adherence to schedules and budgets, reporting any deviations to the service manager.
  • Actively listen to team members, identifying and proposing technical solutions to potential issues.
  • Provide feedback to the production manager.
  • Read and interpret principle diagrams and electrical schematics.
  • Know and enforce self-checking rules.
  • Monitor non-conformities, non-destructive controls, procedures, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with standards, best practices, and assembly instructions from the design office.
  • Control and guarantee the quality of work from the assembly team, including subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Monitor the safety of equipment being worked on.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of the company.

Required profile

  • Education: Engineer (Polytech) or Bac +2/3 in industrial maintenance, electrotechnics/electromechanics with a minimum of 5 years of experience in team management for new construction projects.
  • You have knowledge in mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation.
  • Significant experience in an electromechanical assembler position (minimum of 2 years).
  • Required qualities for the position: team spirit, methodical, rigorous, and autonomous.
  • English: basic knowledge.
