The position is based in Evian (74) and is available immediately, under a permanent contract (CDI).

Attractive remuneration based on your experience, comprising a fixed salary and a variable component, that is to say a gross annual salary of between €55,000 and €75,000.

You report to the Head of the RP Division within the “BE – Project Managers” department, consisting of a team of seven people.

Missions

• Ensure the technical and organizational management of projects, from customer order to commissioning.
• Projects take place in a highly diverse and multicultural international environment.
• They are carried out in partnership with structured and demanding entities, including engineering firms and major pharmaceutical groups.

Main actions

• Contract Analysis and Management: Ensure compliance of the equipment within the negotiated deadlines.
• Budget and Cost Management: Monitor and control material, labor, and service costs.
• Project Planning and Execution: Define project milestones and oversee progress.
• Client Communication: Manage all communication phases with the client (technical meetings, scheduling, and quality assurance).
• Internal Coordination: Oversee all internal project activities, from the study phase to on-site commissioning.
• Negotiation: Handle project amendments with clients related to scheduling, supplies, or services.

You are a confident and experienced professional, capable of leading technical meetings in English, either on-site or via video conference, with multiple stakeholders (typically engineering firms and the final client).

You are responsible for:

• Answering technical questions about the equipment.
• Negotiating additional costs when justified.
• Defending the project timeline by ensuring the client meets their commitments regarding payments and technical responses.
• A resourceful diplomat and negotiator, you take a proactive approach to resolving technical, commercial, and scheduling issues,
• working closely with the ACTINI teams. You are the key driver of project success, both internally and at the client’s site.

Profile & Qualifications

• Education: Engineering degree preferred, or a technical Bac+3 with significant experience as a project manager or business manager.
• Proven experience in project management, ideally in thermal and/or fluid mechanics processes applied to the pharmaceutical industry.

• A strong command of English is essential.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical processes, mechanical design, thermal engineering, fluid mechanics, and automation is a plus.
