Logistics Manager and Production Assistant

  • Full-time Position: 37 hours per week
  • Work Schedule: Daytime, Monday to Friday
  • Overtime Recovery System and Flexible working hours

The position is based in Evian (74) and is available immediately, under a fixed-term contracts.

Attractive compensation based on your experience, consisting of a fixed salary and a variable component that includes travel bonuses, resulting in an annual gross salary ranging from €24,000 to €30,000.

Tasks

You report to the Production and Purchasing Manager within the Supply Chain and Production department, which is composed of about ten people. You provide support to the production department and handle logistics for Actini parts.

Tasks

  • Assist the production department and manage the department’s main phone line
  • Organize and optimize transportation costs for parts and machinery within Europe
  • Manage office supplies
  • Oversee utility planning
  • Organize events with the Works Council team
  • Act as backup for the personnel logistics department

Main actions

  • Prepare and organize the logistics for rental machines, supplier returns, Actini field parts, after-sales parts, and Actini machines (excluding complex operations outside the EU). Prepare shipping documents.
  • Provide general assistance: travel arrangements, emails, phone contacts, service messages, internal audits, formatting, and monitoring of indicators.
  • Prepare production order files and scan workshop returns.

Required profile

  • Education: Bac +2/3 in logistics, administration, or management fields.
  • Experience: Significant experience in an administrative and logistics role (2 to 3 years).
  • Required qualities: Confidentiality, thoroughness, organization, interpersonal skills, and autonomy.
  • English proficiency: Reading, speaking, and writing required.
