Lean Project Manager (M/F)

The position is based in Evian (74) and is available immediately, under a permanent contract (CDI).

Attractive remuneration according to your experience, comprising a fixed salary and a variable part. Annual gross salary of between €45,000 and €50,000.

Tasks

You will report to the Group’s Innovation & Lean Manager, within the Innovation department.

Missions

  • Lead continuous improvement projects:
    Manage and implement Lean projects within the company, aligning productivity objectives with quality, costs and deadlines.
  • Manage multi-site projects:
    Coordinate and steer continuous improvement projects at the Group’s three sites: Actini in Evian, Sofast in Bordeaux, and TCM in Mâcon, ensuring coherence and synergy of Lean initiatives and tools implemented between the different sites.
  • Train teams and raise their awareness of Lean methods:
    Spread the Lean culture by training teams in Lean tools (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma) and promoting continuous improvement at all levels of the organization.
  • Optimize processes:
    Analyze workflows to identify waste, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement, propose and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitoring performance indicators:
    Set up dashboards and performance indicators (KPIs) to measure gains in productivity, quality and waste reduction.
  • Collaborate with various company departments:
    Work closely with Quality, Production, Engineering and Supply Chain to ensure that Lean actions are aligned with the company’s global objectives.

Main actions

  • Process mapping (Value Stream Mapping):
    Carry out a detailed analysis of existing processes to identify waste and opportunities for improvement.
  • Change management :
    Communicate clearly with teams about the objectives of Lean initiatives and the expected benefits.
    Actively involve employees and personally engage in project implementation while providing support to ensure the sustainable adoption of new processes.
  • Follow-up on improvement actions:
    Develop corrective action plans and ensure the implementation of Lean solutions while monitoring their long-term effectiveness.
  • Team training:
    Organize training sessions on Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, SMED, etc.) and practical workshops to encourage team commitment.

Required profile

  • Education: Higher education in engineering (Bac+5) or equivalent, ideally complemented by a in continuous improvement or lean management
  • You have prior experience in change management within an industrial environment.

Required Skills for the Position

  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose concrete solutions for improvement.
  • Leadership: Capable of uniting and motivating teams around Lean projects and driving change across three distinct sites.
  • Ownership and Commitment: Personally involved in all aspects of the role, actively participating in project implementation alongside their management.
  • Excellent Communication: Clearly explain Lean concepts to teams and highlight the benefits they can gain. Manage interactions with various departments and ensure effective project follow-ups.
  • Rigor and Organization: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and ensuring a methodical execution of planned actions.
  • Proactiveness and Creativity: Ability to innovate and propose new ideas to optimize processes and achieve productivity objectives.
  • Adaptability: Adjust to different contexts and individuals while maintaining flexibility in handling unforeseen situations. This position also requires a results-oriented approach and strong adaptability to actively contribute to optimizing the company’s industrial performance.

French: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (C2)
English: Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing (B2/C1)
