Customer Service Technician

• Full-time Position: 37 hours per week
• Job Status: Non-executive
• Work Schedule: Daytime, Monday to Friday

The position is based in BLANQUEFORT (33) and is available immediately, under a permanent contract (CDI).

Attractive compensation based on your experience, consisting of a fixed salary and a variable component that includes travel bonuses, resulting in an annual gross salary ranging from €35,000 to €45,000.

You will report to the Technical Service Manager, which consists of 6 people.

Responsibilities:

Your mission is to ensure the maintenance and after-sales service of the machines sold by the company, with the goal of customer satisfaction. You will be required to travel regularly to various client sites (70% of the time).

Main Actions:

• Update electrical diagrams
• Advise customers for the proper use of the sold machines
• Prepare and carry out maintenance and troubleshooting missions for machines delivered to clients
• Participate in the hotline and diagnose malfunctions
• Write mission return reports
• Respond to customer requests and prepare quotes for spare parts
• Wire electrical cabinets according to diagrams in the workshop or at client sites
• Perform wiring of machines in the workshop or at client sites
• Assemble machine components (factory and client site)
• Install machines at our clients’ premises
• Prepare machine tests (in situ testing)
• Assist the automation technician and qualify machines

• Education: Bac +2/3 or recent graduate engineer in the fields of industrial computing/automation, electrotechnics.
• Good knowledge and skills in electrotechnics are required.
• Significant experience in an automation role (2 to 3 years).
• Required Qualities for the Position: Team spirit, adaptability, interpersonal skills, and autonomy.
• English Required: Reading, speaking, and writing.
