Accounting Manager

• 37h per week on average (full-time) with modulation
• Job status : Employee
• Daytime work, Monday to Friday

The position is based in BLANQUEFORT (33) and is available immediately on a permanent contract.

Attractive remuneration according to your experience, comprising a fixed salary and a variable component including travel bonuses, giving a gross annual salary of between €33,000 and €40,000.

You will report to the company’s CFO/HRD, within the Finance/HR department, which consists of around 15 people.

Main duties :

• Independent general accounting
• Record orders, draw up invoices for all activities, monitor collections
• Participate in the payment process, record cash transactions, prepare reconciliation statements and manage the cash register.
• Control and account for expense reports
• Manage fixed assets in liaison with the accounting firm
• Partially prepare work files and financial statements: situations and balance sheets
• Provide local administrative support to the Group’s HR department
• Participate in the project management control process
• Perform various administrative tasks

• Training: DCG, DUT GEA or BTS Accounting.
• Significant experience in an accounting management role (5 years minimum).
• Qualities required for the position: rigor, adaptability, interpersonal skills and autonomy.
• English required: Level B1/B2
